Chopped: The 2011 Braves Collapse

Epic collapse in the NL!  With the 2011 Braves leading the Wild Card at the beginning of September with 28 games to go, similarly to the Red Sox in the previous post, blew it. 

Luckily for the Braves, the Red Sox collapse took precedent, and they might be a little more forgotten. 

How do you blow a 98.99 chance of making the playoffs?
