Taking another look at this with different metrics than before, wRC+, WAR, and ISO, it looks like a few MVP races, this year’s NL MVP race for example is pretty close to call. Take a look for yourself.

Is there a better way to determine most valuable? Using wOBA (weighted on base average), RC (runs created), and ISO (isolated power) most players that lead the league in at least two out of three categories won the MVP. The only exception to this was Vladimir Guerrero.
